Here’s the good news! It’s easy and fast. And, the best part is that you can do your sessions from the comfort of your home. All my sessions are done online using a secure system designed for telehealth. This means that I do not use Zoom.

Step One

Book your Discovery Call and we’ll discuss your goals and determine if hypnosis is right for you.

Step Two

We’ll get started by booking your first two sessions, during which you will have the opportunity to facilitate profound changes within yourself. The second session occurs one week after your first session. Sometimes, challenges can take four to six sessions to resolve.

Step Three

Once armed with a newfound clarity and understanding, you can confidently move forward and live the life you desire and deserve.

*Why Two Initial Sessions?

I require an initial investment of two sessions. This allows us to do the first session, which involves an assessment, the session, and self-hypnosis training. Because of this content, this first session can be up to two hours long. Then, we do a follow-up session a week later, where we can assess how you’re doing. If you have things under control, we can reinforce your change, but if you aren’t completely there, we can continue working toward your transformation.
