Emotional Eating – does it really help?

Are you the type of person who eats when you are upset, angry, stressed or sad?

You know, the media reinforces this stereotype. Think of the Rom-Coms you’ve watched where the broken-hearted girl is sitting on the couch watching TV with a container of ice cream. For those who were fortunate to not have pain solved with food by parents as children, the media does it to us as well.
