If you find that you are getting hungry in between meals, you probably aren’t eating enough at your meals so you should eat more at each meal.

Some clients try to treat the program like a “diet” and eat too little or too much “diet food”.

This program works when eating well-balanced meals of real food.

Four Sessions

There are four sessions in this program. The virtual gastric band is “installed” at the first session.

Subsequent sessions cover

  • working with helping you with foods that you may have a problem with “red light foods”
  • improving your body image
  • other issues of concern to you

You also receive “homework“.

This homework consists of:

  • a reinforcement hypnosis recording to listen to daily at least once
  • a CD with positive affirmations that you are encouraged to listen to daily
  • 8 Golden Rules for success to help you be successful.

What do I have to give up?

Nothing, except snacking in between meals.

Obviously, it’s suggested that you don’t overdo it with sugary items or alcohol or soft drinks. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a glass of wine or pop with a meal from time to time.

It’s also strongly suggested that caffeinated beverages be limited to no more than two servings each day.

What’s the catch?

There is no catch. If you follow through with:

  • eating only three meals a day and no snacking in between
  • listen to the homework recordings, and
  • follow the 8 Golden Rules for Success
