But, would a friend poison you? Make you cough? Cause you to have more colds or trouble breathing when walking up stairs? Cause your clothes, home and car to smell terrible?
That’s not a real friend.
If you’ve decided that you no longer want this “friend” in your life, I can help you kick those cigarettes to the curb once and for all.
This is a three-session program.
Session 1: You’ll start by tapering down how much you smoke each day in preparation for your Quit Day.
Session 2: This is one week after session one and it is Quit Day.
This is the day you kick that filthy, smelly habit to the door once and for all.
Session 3: This is one week after Quit Day and is a reinforcement session.
