This is a four-session program. At the first session, your subconscious mind believes that you have had a gastric band installed on your stomach. The three remaining sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

For example, you may:

  • have an issue with a habit of snacking at night, or
  • find that may be too attracted to salty or sugary foods, or
  • eat emotionally – when you’re bored, angry, etc., or
  • be a member of the “Clean Plate Club“.

We can address any issues that may be keeping you from reaching your goals in these sessions and they can be tailored to your personality type.

The terrific thing about this program is that you can eat whatever you want over three meals a day. The difference is that you don’t snack in between meals.

This is not a diet.

This program works on the basis of intermittent fasting. Your body takes two to three hours to digest and process the food you take in at each meal and then spends the time until the next meal burning the fat stored in your body.

You will enjoy a slow, steady rate of weight loss in the range of about one to two pounds a week, which is a healthy way to lose weight.

The “8 Golden Rules” and the daily body image exercise that are a part of this program are your keys to success.

One of the rules includes listening to a support hypnosis session each day at home.

The Golden Rules are as follows:

  1. Buy something new
  2. Listen to your support recording daily
  3. Eat slowly and mindfully
  4. Stop eating as soon as you feel comfortable
  5. Eat three small meals a day
  6. Take good quality vitamins
  7. Drink plenty of fluids
  8. Exercise

Why Diets DON’T Work

If you’ve ever been on a diet, how many times did you think to yourself, “Gee, I can’t wait until I reach my goal so that I can have pizza again“?

Yes, you’ve lost weight while on a diet, but what happened after you reached your goal weight? A small percentage of people maintain a weight loss when dieting. The rest regain and go on another diet, hoping that this time it will be one that works that they can stick to.

It’s been estimated that about 95% of people go through the diet cycle of losing weight, regaining, losing again and on and on.

Most diets involve having to cut out certain foods – basically depriving yourself of things you enjoy. They also involve counting points, calories, selections, weighing and measuring food.

Others involve drinking shakes or eating special food.

All this really does is program the mind to think about food.

How much is a safe rate of weight loss?

One client said to me that she was losing weight slowly but she felt so good about that. And that is the correct mental attitude to have about weight loss.

Sure there are diets that promise losses of  5, 10 or 15 pounds a week, but that really isn’t a safe rate of weight loss. Losing that much weight too fast will only lead to regaining it all back and maybe more.

All experts agree that a safe rate of weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week.

Four pounds of weight off in a month may not seem like that much but when you take a long-term view, that one pound a week can add up to 52 pounds per year.

As you can see, that four pounds a month is quite significant.
