Who am I, and why should you choose me to help you change your life?

I love helping you to align your inner you with your outer you. When you resolve the reasons that have caused the habits, fears, behaviours, and beliefs that hold you back from success, it changes how others see you. More importantly, it changes the way YOU see yourself.
When you regain your self-esteem, you stand taller. You look and feel better when you achieve the healthy weight you desire. When you quit biting your nails, you feel in control, and your confidence increases. Others see the difference and react accordingly!
My Story
I’ve walked in your shoes.
I bit my nails for years, and I mean YEARS. I tried everything to stop, and while I could stop for a period of time, I would start again.
This story is a perfect example of how powerful the mind is.
My inner mind contained the reasons why I bit my nails, which I couldn’t stop doing unless I had a strong reason not to. For example, whenever I wanted a new job, that inner programming could be overridden – my desire for a new job was stronger than the reasons I bit my nails.
The behaviour returned after getting a new job – I was able to relax after the motivation to stop biting ended.
But I decided it was time for a change!
I realized that I had to stop biting my nails once and for all. I found a fantastic hypnotist who was able to help me. And it worked! My desire to stop my nail-biting habit and the hypnotic guidance I received helped me break that habit.
My Training
The results amazed me. That amazement, combined with the fact that I was searching for something else to do with the next act of my life, led me to take hypnosis training through the National Guild of Hypnotists in 2013. In 2016, I became a Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation. I continue to take training to increase my skills to help people like you succeed.
