Yes, the base of the program is the same but that’s it. You may need help with reducing your alcohol intake or making better nutritional choices or maybe you want to cut down or cut out your sugar intake.
The base of the plan is the Virtual Gastric Band which will allow you to eat regular food without restrictions over three regular meals a day. Imagine how great it will be to be eating the same meals as the rest of your family while you lose weight.
One size doesn’t necessarily fit all
But from there, we make the program all about you! You are an individual and your needs are not exactly the same as everyone else.
Your personality isn’t the same as the person next to you so you need suggestions given to you in a specific way.
Snacking and emotional eating may be your downfall, while someone else may eat out of anger or have trouble controlling what and how they eat in social situations.
Who shouldn’t bother with the Lose a Size in 8 Weeks Program?
If you want fast results, like losing 15 pounds in one month, you might want to check out the other hundreds of programs out there. There are Facebook groups dedicated to them. But, if you are ready to take the long view, to know and understand that losing one to two pounds a week is a safe, achievable and maintainable goal and that at the end of a year, you can be at least 50 pounds lighter, then this program is for you.
