5 Tips for A Great Online Hypnosis Session
1. Ensure your browser is up-to-date
- Use an updated browser, preferably Google Chrome.
2. Do an equipment check
- Make sure your camera, microphone, and speakers are on and adjusted appropriately.
3. Ensure your internet connection is excellent
- Reboot your computer to close anything from Zoom that may be running in the background.
- Perform the video and audio tests using the link at the top of the screen for your appointment.
- Ask others in your home to limit streaming or downloading.
4. Ensure your environment is ideal
- Face a light source
- Limit background noise
- Avoid having your back facing a window.
- Have a phone number I can reach you at in case the connection during our session.
