I added online hypnosis sessions as a way to help clients like you during Covid-19. It has now become a permanent part of the services I offer.

These sessions are conducted over which is a video conferencing system that has been designed for Telehealth sessions. My personal feeling is that Zoom or Go To Meeting is fine for networking meetings or virtual parties or family gatherings, but I am not a fan of using these platforms for client work.

5 Tips for A Great Online Hypnosis Session

1. Ensure your browser is up-to-date

  • Use an updated browser, preferably Google Chrome.

2. Do an equipment check

  • Make sure your camera, microphone, and speakers are on and adjusted appropriately.

3. Ensure your internet connection is excellent

  • Reboot your computer to close anything from Zoom that may be running in the background.
  • Perform the video and audio tests using the link at the top of the screen for your appointment.
  • Ask others in your home to limit streaming or downloading.

4. Ensure your environment is ideal

  • Face a light source
  • Limit background noise
  • Avoid having your back facing a window.

5. Be reachable by phone

  • Have a phone number I can reach you at in case the connection during our session.
