Create Your Own Group Experience and Learn for FREE
If you and a group of nine friends want to learn self-hypnosis, let’s discuss putting together your group session. As a thank you for organizing the workshop, your attendance will be free. Contact me to discuss setting up your group experience.
Sessions are conducted online over Zoho Meeting. This platform is similar to Zoom.
Program Outline
Session One will be between 2 to 3 hours long. I’ll tell you about hypnosis and answer any questions you have. Then, we’ll move into your first group session, where you’ll receive the two keywords for your own self-hypnosis. After you emerge, you’ll learn how to do self-hypnosis and have the opportunity to practice. You’ll receive tips on how to structure suggestions for your best outcome. Then, we will do another group session focusing on reconnecting you to your inner greatness.
Session Two will be held the following week and will be shorter. This will be a time to ask any questions that might have come up during the week, and we will also do another group hypnosis session.
