Here’s the 4-1-1
This is a four-session hypnosis program.
Your subconscious will believe that a gastric band has been installed on your stomach at your first session. This will help you feel fuller on less food.
In subsequent sessions we will work on issues specific to you and suggestions given will be geared to your personality. At your first session, you will complete a true/false questionnaire which will place you in one of four personality types.
Your hypnosis sessions will include suggestions to help you with various obstacles to your weight loss success such as:
- eating when angry
- boredom eating
- eating for companionship
- setting up eating zones
- motivation for exercise
- habitual eating
- imprints (attitudes towards food imprinted on you by family)
- drinking water
- quantity of food
- using food as a reward
- the desire for sugary or salty foods
- stress eating
